TrailStart was founded with the belief that youth development is not just about specific programs, but about creating an environment where growth happens naturally. From evening recreation to structured learning, our plans put young people at the front and centre.
Learning Beyond the Classroom
We plan to host a variety of activities that bridge the gap between school and the workplace. By offering space for creative arts, digital skills, and team-based projects, we want to help teenagers and young adults discover their strengths. These activities will develop organically as our funding and staff capacity allow us to grow.
A Safe Place to Gather
Sometimes, the most important thing a hub can provide is simply a place to be. By offering a welcoming, supervised environment, we aim to reduce social isolation and give youth a sense of ownership over their local community. We are excited to collaborate with local youth workers to make this vision a reality.
